4 Things That Will Settle An Upset Stomach Fast

FitSugar did a roundup of the best foods to eat when your stomach is upset. Here they are:


*Rice: It's bland and it can ease diarrhea.


*Ginger: This has been used for thousands of years to aid digestion. Just peel a little piece of ginger root and chew it. Not into raw ginger? Ginger ale (tip: look for the all-natural, high-fructose-corn-syrup-free varieties) is great, too.


*Lemon: ..".squeeze the juice from one whole fresh lemon into a cup of hot water and sip slowly," the FitSugar bloggers write. "The hot water will help to flush out your system, and the lemon helps break down food, easing the work of the stomach acids."
